The Council of Elders of the Black Community of Howard County (TCOE), in collaboration with HCPSS, sponsors an annual Celebration of Academic Achievement to acknowledge students of African and African-American heritage currently in grades 4 through 9.  

TVMS students will be celebrated on December 19th at Reservoir High School at 7:00 pm.
