The SECAC (Special Education Citizens Advisory Council) Educator Awards are on May 1, 2019, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at River Hill High School. Every year, SECAC allows parents and staff to nominate staff members who have gone above and beyond in the support they give to HCPSS students with disabilities. Parents/Guardians can nominate their student’s school educators at SECAC Recognition Form 2019.
