Power of 1 Principal’s Advisory Council The goal of the Power of 1 Principal’s Advisory Council is to elevate student voice at Thomas Viaduct Middle School and to collaboratively work with Administration on matters that directly affect students. If your student is interested in being a member of this group, they can pick up an application form in the front office. Completed applications are due by Friday, December 13th.

HCASC invites middle and high school students interested in student leadership and service opportunities to attend the Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) meetings the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the Homewood Cafeteria, 10914 MD 108, Ellicott City, MD 21042.

Howard County Public Schools celebrate American Education Week, November 18th through 22nd.

Middle and high school student attendees at this information session will learn how the CTE Career Academies provide high school students with opportunities to earn college credit, scholarships and industry certifications, worksite and mentorship experiences, and how to become creative problem solvers by participating in hands-on project-based learning.
